The People’s Committee of Hoa Binh has issued a document asking for drastic measures to implement the Prime Minister’s Dispatch No.993 on developing the real estate market and solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles facing the domestic property market.
Under the document, the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee requested the Department of Construction to coordinate with relevant departments, sectors and the People’s Committees of districts and Hoa Binh city to implement the housing development programme in Hoa Binh in the 2021-2030 period and the urban development programme until 2025 with a vision to 2030.
The Department of Planning and Investment was
asked to work with relevant agencies to make a list of underway real estate
projects in the province, classifying those with difficulties and obstacles,
and actively working with particular investors and projects to find out reasons
behind their difficulties and seek solutions to them.
At the same time, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment was urged
to give advice in land allocation, lease, revocation, and changes of land use
rights as well as land use purpose for real estate projects. At the same time,
the department was asked to determine land price plans and specific land prices
to calculate fees for land use, land allocation, and land lease.
The provincial Financial Department and relevant agencies were requested to
actively complete the verification of land prices and land allocation and lease
in line with the law.
Meanwhile, the People’s Committees of districts and Hoa Binh city were assigned
to design and approve or submit to authorised agencies planning, especially
construction planning and urban planning, providing a foundation for the
implementation of real estate projects.

To unlock the full potential of its forest resources, the standing board of the provincial Party Committee on July 30, 2020 issued a Resolution on the sustainable development of production forests through 2025, with a vision toward 2030.
