In the afternoon of December 21, the provincial working delegation led by Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council visited and congratulated Phat Diem Diocese (Kim Son district, Ninh Binh province) on the occasion of Christmas in 2023.
