Implementing documents on the Party building work, promoting the role of cadres and party members, improving the quality of Party cells' activities have helped to the Party Organisation of Hoa Son commune in Luong Son district to fulfil its political tasks, especially those relating to Party membership development, land management, site clearance, and socio-economic development, according to Dinh Thi Thuy Hoa, Secretary of the Hoa Son Commune Party Committee.
The Party Organisation of Hoa Son commune (Luong Son district) pays attention to directing affiliated party cells to improve the quality of thematic activities.
To fulfil the Party admission and Party membership development in non-state enterprises, the commune's Party Committee assigned members to help Party cells deploy all aspects of the Party building work, focusing on party membership development since the beginning of the year.
It also build and carries out thematic plans on Party development. In addition to conducting dissemination at party cells, leaders of the Party organisation pay attention to attending meetings of organisations such as youth union, farmers' association, women's union, and war veterans' association to strengthen their activities, while collecting opinions of union members so as to create sources for developing party members. They also promptly grasp the thoughts of cadres who are still worried when a family had many Party members, thereby encouraging their relatives to register for training classes organised for people who wish to join the Communist Party of Vietnam.
In 2023, the Party Committee sent 19 outstanding people to participate in such classes and 10 persons were admitted to the Party. In August last year, the Party Committee issued a decision to establish a new party cell of Hoa Son Tourism and Community Development joint Stock Company under its leadership, raising the total number of party cells to 15. The Party Organisation will set up two party cells at local enterprises this year.
Along with promoting the role of cadres and party members and improving the quality of party cells' activities, attention has been paid to land management, construction order and site clearance work.
Since the beginning of 2023, the Party Committee has closely followed and strengthened its leadership over the site clearance work. Each cadre, party member and leader was assigned to regularly monitor the implementation of the land clearance work and persuaded people to comply with regimes and policies relating to compensation.
The commune coordinated with other agencies in conducting site clearance for a road which connects Luong Son - Xuan Mai and the capital city of Hanoi and reviewing the origin of land plots that do not have land use right certificates and under planning in Co Tho, Tan Son, Bui Tram, Suoi Nay, Dong Bai and Dong Goi villages, Hoa Son industrial cluster project, Dong Giua and Dong Ma housing projects.
Last year, Hoa Son commune reaped important results in implementing socio-economic development tasks as well as new-style rural building, thereby improving local people’ lives.
