After more than six years of establishment, Thien Tam Club in Vu Ban town (Lac Son district) now has 60 members who have different backgrounds but share the same compassionate heart and willingness to engage in charity work on a voluntary spirit.

district.
A club representative said
that in the past three years, the club has mobilised donations to present over
1,000 packages of gift to poor and disadvantaged households, orphans, people
with serious diseases requiring long-term treatment or those who suffer from
injuries as well as raised money to build charity houses for disadvantaged and
poor households in the locality.
Similar groups have also been
established based on the club model which reflects the spread of charity
movements. Thus, local officials, party members and residents have gained
better understanding on the matter and voluntarily work together for the community,
ensuring that no one is left behind.
Recognised as a prestigious
person among the local ethnic minority community, Bui Van Hon who lives at Thay
Voi hamlet, Mien Doi commune, always pioneers in communication work, calling on
cadres, party members, and residents to comply with the Party's resolutions and
policies, and laws of the State. He also persuades families in the hamlet to
adopt new production and business methods to rise out of poverty, engage in
new-style rural area building and properly implement village regulations and
eliminate outdated customs. Therefore, he is trusted by the Party, the
government, and respected by local residents. Since 2020, Hon has continuously
been evaluated by local party cell as a member who has excellently completing
his tasks.
The above-mentioned examples
are two of many effective models, outstanding collectives and individuals that
were detected and replicated after three years of implementation of the
Politburo’s Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, dated May 18, 2021 on "promoting studying
and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style".
According to Bui Van Kia,
Deputy Secretary of the district Party Committee and Chairman of the district
People's Council, along with carrying out Directive No. 05-CT/TW, Conclusion
No. 01-KL/TW, the resolution of the fourth plenum of the 7th Party Central
Committee, and Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW of the 8th Party Central Committee, the
eagerness in studying and following Uncle Ho example of each cadre and party
member is being enhanced, contributing to the good performance of political
tasks of localities, agencies and units. This helps cultivate the political
ideology, ethics, and lifestyle of cadres and party members, contributing to
preventing the degradation of political awareness, ideology, morality and
lifestyle as well as internal "self-evolution" and
"self-transformation", he added.
In addition to lauding
localities, agencies and units with creative ways and good models, implementing
the above-mentioned directives and conclusions is an opportunity for units and
each party member and official to proactively overcome their shortcomings.
The subcommittee for documents of the 18th Hoa Binh provincial Party Congress, the 2025 - 2030 term, convened on March 3 to review and incorporate public feedback on the congress’s draft documents. March 3 marked the first official working day for specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee following the merger or transfer of functions and tasks from the previous agencies. By mid-February, Da Bac district completed a plan to streamline its organisational apparatus and personnel work, marking a milestone in efforts to promote restructuring towards a leaner, more efficient organisational system, closely following directives from the Party Central Committee’s Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, and Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW, and Resolution No. 27-NQ/TU of the provincial Party Committee and Conclusion No. 1103-KL/TU by the provincial Party Organisation’s standing board.
Imbued with President Ho Chi Minh's teaching "The Party cell are the Party’s grassroots foundations. A strong Party cell ensures the effective implementation of the Party’s policies and continuous progress in all tasks," the Party Committee of Kim Boi commune, Kim Boi District, has rolled out the "four-good Party cell" model. The initiative has created a positive change, enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting spirit of Party organisations and their members.
