After more than six years of establishment, Thien Tam Club in Vu Ban town (Lac Son district) now has 60 members who have different backgrounds but share the same compassionate heart and willingness to engage in charity work on a voluntary spirit.

Collectives with outstanding achievements in 3 years implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW are honoured by the Party organisation of Lac Son district.

A club representative said that in the past three years, the club has mobilised donations to present over 1,000 packages of gift to poor and disadvantaged households, orphans, people with serious diseases requiring long-term treatment or those who suffer from injuries as well as raised money to build charity houses for disadvantaged and poor households in the locality.

Similar groups have also been established based on the club model which reflects the spread of charity movements. Thus, local officials, party members and residents have gained better understanding on the matter and voluntarily work together for the community, ensuring that no one is left behind.

Recognised as a prestigious person among the local ethnic minority community, Bui Van Hon who lives at Thay Voi hamlet, Mien Doi commune, always pioneers in communication work, calling on cadres, party members, and residents to comply with the Party's resolutions and policies, and laws of the State. He also persuades families in the hamlet to adopt new production and business methods to rise out of poverty, engage in new-style rural area building and properly implement village regulations and eliminate outdated customs. Therefore, he is trusted by the Party, the government, and respected by local residents. Since 2020, Hon has continuously been evaluated by local party cell as a member who has excellently completing his tasks.

The above-mentioned examples are two of many effective models, outstanding collectives and individuals that were detected and replicated after three years of implementation of the Politburo’s Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, dated May 18, 2021 on "promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style".

According to Bui Van Kia, Deputy Secretary of the district Party Committee and Chairman of the district People's Council, along with carrying out Directive No. 05-CT/TW, Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, the resolution of the fourth plenum of the 7th Party Central Committee, and Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW of the 8th Party Central Committee, the eagerness in studying and following Uncle Ho example of each cadre and party member is being enhanced, contributing to the good performance of political tasks of localities, agencies and units. This helps cultivate the political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle of cadres and party members, contributing to preventing the degradation of political awareness, ideology, morality and lifestyle as well as internal "self-evolution" and "self-transformation", he added.

In addition to lauding localities, agencies and units with creative ways and good models, implementing the above-mentioned directives and conclusions is an opportunity for units and each party member and official to proactively overcome their shortcomings.
