A delegation from Japan's Meiko Group, led by Chairman Yuichiro NAYA, met with the standing board of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee on July 4 to discuss the progress of the printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing plant at the Da River Left Bank Industrial Park in Hoa Binh city and plan for the future. Attending the meeting were Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee; Quach Tat Liem, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee; and leaders from the Department of Construction, the management board of the provincial industrial parks, the Hoa Binh provincial People's Committee, the Hoa Binh Power Company, and representatives of the project investor.

Long expressed his honour to welcome the Meiko Group delegation and lauded the group's major investment project in Hoa Binh province. He affirmed that over the past years, local leaders have facilitated the operations of Japanese businesses and investors, particularly in guiding and implementing investment procedures in accordance with the law. He said he hopes that the project, with comprehensive support, will be carried out smoothly, ensuring the planned progress and goals.

Hoa Binh province is committed to accompanying the group throughout the project implementation, further solidifying the strong relationship between Vietnam and Japan and contributing to the bilateral economic development in the future, he said. 

NAYA, Chairman of Meiko Group, highlighted the large scale of the PCB manufacturing plant project at the Da River Left Bank Industrial Park. He said he hopes to contribute to the future development of Hoa Binh in various fields through this project. 

Participants at the meeting provided updates on the project's progress and discussed potential areas for cooperation between Meiko Group and Hoa Binh province, such as tourism, hi-tech agriculture, and industries.
