The People's Committee of Hoa Binh province recently organised the Determined to Win Emulation Congress of the provincial armed forces in the 2019 – 2024 period.

Leaders awarded certificates of merit to outstanding groups and individuals.
Over the past five years, the provincial armed forces have
launched six emulation movements and 24 peak campaigns, thereby improving the
overall quality and combat strength and readiness of the provincial armed
forces; and helping solve weaknesses and difficult tasks to create motivation
to successfully complete all tasks.
The forces have promoted their core role, proactively
coordinated with units, departments, branches, and localities to well perform
the tasks of natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, new-style rural
area building, and infrastructure development. From this movement, many good
and creative models and practices have appeared.
In the coming time, the forces will continue to promote the
results achieved; innovate both the contents and forms of the emulation
movement; and closely combine the movement with other patriotic emulation
movements in the locality, with focus on emulating the successful
implementation of breakthroughs to contribute to improving the combined
strength and combat readiness of the provincial armed forces, and promoting the
successful completion of local defence and military tasks.
On this occasion, many collectives and individuals were
rewarded by the Ministry of National Defence, the provincial People's
Committee, and the provincial Military High Command.
