The People's Committee of Luong Son district coordinated with the Information and Education Committee of the district's Party Committee to organise a popularisation competition themed "Uncle Ho with Luong Son, Luong Son learns and follows Uncle Ho". The competition attracted 11 teams with nearly 200 contestants.

The teams participated in four contents, namely introduction, knowledge, artistic performance, and presentation. The presentation competition was held at the relic site of Uncle Ho's visit to Chi Hoa Production Group in Lam Son commune.
 
The competition was a success with teams staging outstanding performances, arousing many emotions about beloved Uncle Ho among the audience.

The first prize went to the team from Tan Vinh commune while the second was presented to the teams of Luong Son town and Thanh Son commune, and those of Thanh Cao, Lien Son, and Cu Yen communes shared the third prize.

The competition is one of the activities to celebrate the 66th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Chi Hoa Production Group (October 19, 1958 - October 19, 2024), thereby continuing to arouse the excitement and pride of cadres, party members, and people of all walks of life; instilling the determination to study and follow Uncle Ho's ideology, morality, and style, contributing to turning Luong Son district into a rich and civilised district. Dissemination activities will continue to be promoted so that people, agencies and units can have better understanding about the life of President Ho Chi Minh, his deep affection for the Party Committee and the people of all ethnic groups in Hoa Binh province in general, and Luong Son district in particular.

It also aims to select excellent presenters for a team of guides to serve delegations and visitors when they come to offer incense and visit the relic site of Uncle Ho's visit Chi Hoa Production Group, in Doc Phan hamlet, Luong Son district’s Lam Son commune.
