The Standing Board of the district's Party Committee has directed local party committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, political-social organisations, and the contingent of disseminators at grassroots level to enhance the quality and effectiveness of their dissemination work through diverse methods. This aims to help cadres and party members understand the significance and requirements of studying Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style.

To adapt to the new situation, the Board for Information and Education has intensified communication work through social media platforms like Facebook and Zalo. Information is posted on local websites and news bulletins at an appropriate time so that the content can spread widely among cadres, party members and people. Local party committees and organisations have carried out education activities on the main contents of documents on Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, particularly the will to be self-reliant and independent, and the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country, along with exemplary people in the "good people, good deeds" movement.

In addition to disseminating and encouraging outstanding collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example, Party committees at all levels have focused on self-criticism and criticism, tackling pressing issues and combating distorted information from hostile and reactionary forces, thereby preventing the formation of hotspots of social disorder in the locality.

Many effective models have been applied in practice and multiplied such as "Building a clean and strong grassroots Party organisation," "Civil servants promoting workplace culture," "Surveillance cameras for security and traffic monitoring," "Happy family clubs," and "Accompanying children to school."

With specific and practical actions in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's example, localities and organisations have addressed pressing and complex issues of public concern in a timely manner, creating positive changes across many fields. Many movements continue to be maintained and spread among the public, producing tangible results and contributing to fulfilling the local political tasks and building a clean and strong political system.
