Two athletes competing in terrain cycling have been selected to join the national bicycle team of Vietnam to compete in the terrain cycling in the 30th SEA Games in 2019 in the Philippines.

Vietnamese students participating for the first time in the 4th International Olympiad of Metropolises held in Moscow, Russia from August 29th to September 6th brought home three gold, three silver and two bronze medals.

At the National Youth Mountain Bike Championship and the National Mountain Bike Championship in 2019, there were 13 athletes from Hoa Binh delegation participating. They have won 10 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 3 bronze medals in individual and team events. This is considered a fast growing and strong sport with young, talented athletes, competing with many outstanding achievements.
(HBO) - The 14th Northwestern Cultural, Sports and Tourism Festival has just taken place in Son La Province. The festival attracted 250 athletes from 7 provinces in the Northwest region: Hoa Binh, Phu Tho, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Yen Bai, Lao Cai and Son La.
