(HBO) - On June 4, Ky Son district held the launching ceremony for 2019 Children's Action Month with the theme "joining hands for poor children and ethnic minority children." Attending the launching ceremony there were more than 300 children from communes and towns in the district.

disadvantaged children in the district.
Currently, Ky Son
district has 8,180 children under 16 years old, including 6,000 ethnic minority
children and 583 children living in poor and near poor families ...
