(HBO) - According to the People's Committee of Cao Phong District, in the first 6 months of this year, the district has mobilized all resources, which reached 416,640 million VND to implement the program of building new rural areas.

In which, the administrative capital was 2,112 million dongs; the development investment capital was 11,870 million dongs; the State budget, the budget from the province, the district and the commune, the budgets from the integrated programs and projects, the credit capital, the investment of enterprises and the people’s donation were 402,658 million VND. Currently, there is no charged-off debt in the basic construction throughout the district.

Tay Phong commune (Cao Phong) is trying to reach the standards for new rural areas in 2019.

Up to now, there are 5 communes meeting the standards for new rural areas in the whole district. They include Dung Phong, Thu Phong, Nam Phong, Dong Phong and Tay Phong communes. There are 5 communes reaching from 11 to 16 criteria. There 2 communes reaching 9 criteria. In 2019, Cao Phong district set a target to increase the average criteria of the district to 15,41 criteria a commune. There aren’t any communes reaching less than 10 criteria. They are trying to have 3 communes meeting the high standard for the new rural areas. They are Dung Phong, Tay Phong and Nam Phong.

They are also trying to have 3 residential areas reaching the model of the new rural areas. They are Nam Thai residential area in Nam Phong commune, the residential area of Bang hamlet in Tay Phong commune and Dong Nhat residential area in Dung Phong commune. They have been trying to get 15 gardens meeting the standard for the new rural areas in 5 communes. They are Dung Phong, Thu Phong, Nam Phong, Dong Phong and Tay Phong.
