(HBO) - High schools in Hoa Binh province are working hard on the preparation for the organisation of the upcoming entrance exams in the 2022-2023 academic year in the locality.


Hoang Van Thu High School for Gifted Students is ready for organising the entrance exam in the 2022-2023 academic year.

According to the guidance on enrollment issued by the provincial Department of Education and Training in early May, the exam will be organised in two phases. 

Recently, Bui Thi Tam, a mother of a 9th-grade student, in Luong Son town usually visits the website of the provincial Department of Education and Training to update information related to the exam.

"I has read carefully the relevant guidance of the provincial Department of Education and Training,” she said.

Instruction No. 1170 dated on May 9, 2022 are very specific, detailed, and easy to understand, helping parents clearly define what they need to do, Tam said.

This year, the Hoang Van Thu High School for Gifted Students will enroll 10th grade students in two rounds for 12 classes in the majors of math, physics, chemistry, biology, informatics, literature, geography, history, and English, Russian, French, and Chinese language; one class in natural sciences; and one class in second-foreign language.

The school’s management board has been preparing all necessary conditions for organising the entrance exam, which is scheduled on June 4 - 6.

Meanwhile, the provincial Ethnic Boarding High School will hold the exam on June 11-24 to select students for three general class and five high-quality classes.

The exams to pick students for other high schools in the province will take place on June 22-23.

like every year, local candidates will join mathematics, literature and English tests for the entrance exam in the 2022-2023 academic year./.
