(HBO) – Permanent Vice Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee Tran Dang Ninh on September 18 visited two role models in studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle in Cao Phong district.

Dang Ninh presents a gift to Dang Thi Thu, a resident in Sub-area No. 2 of Cao
Phong township in Cao Phong district.
Despite difficulties in his life, Bui Van Ty, a
resident in Ru Moi hamlet of Xuan Phong commune donated 1,400 sq.m. of his
farmland to help build a clinic and a kindergarten. His deed was honoured by
the local administration and became an inspiration for the movements of studying
and following of President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings, as well as new-style rural
area building movement in Xuan Phong commune.
Meanwhile, Dang Thi Thu and her family in Sub-area
No. 2 of Cao Phong township are known for their success in production and
business activities. They farm 6ha of orange trees under the VietGAP standards,
generating an annual income of 5 billion VND (215,800 USD) and providing jobs
for 20 labourers with a monthly income of 5 – 6 million VND.
Thu has actively assisted others to access
scientific-technical advances to develop agricultural production while engaging
in social activities. She has become an example in studying and following
President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle. Thanks to her
achievements, she was granted with a merit certificate from the Prime Minister.

Committee Tran Dang Ninh praised the role models, describing their acts as
practical contributions to local development.
He also recognised the outcomes Cao Phong
district has attained in implementing the Politburo’s Directive 05-CT/TW on the
promotion of the studying and following of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology,
morality and lifestyle.
The official asked the district’s Party
organisation to press on with the implementation of this directive as well as
the Party Central Committee’s resolutions on the Party building and
rectification, the reform of the political system’s apparatus, and the building
of the contingent of cadres.
He also requested the Party organisation to
improve the quality of local Party cells’ activities while stepping up the
popularisation of role models to encourage people to further study and follow
President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings and contribute more to the local
development./.
The Hoa Binh provincial People's Committee held a gathering at the provincial Military Command headquarters on May 20 to commend the armed forces that took part in a military parade celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification on April 30.

To unlock the full potential of its forest resources, the standing board of the provincial Party Committee on July 30, 2020 issued a Resolution on the sustainable development of production forests through 2025, with a vision toward 2030.

This approach has contributed significantly to improving the overall quality of education across the district.
The Hoa Binh provincial museum on May 16 opened a thematic exhibition "Under the flag of the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam" with more than 200 documents, images and objects featuring the glorious 95-year journey of the Party.
Hoa Binh police are collecting public feedback on amendments to the 2013 Constitution via the national identification app VNeID. This innovative approach marks a giant leap towards modernising grassroots democracy and enhancing transparency in public consultation.
