Of which, the land use fee collection was about 1,330.9 billion VND, reaching 161.7% of the ordinance estimate, reaching 66.5% of the Provincial People's Council estimate; Tax and fee collection (except the land use fees) was 1,427.7 billion VND, reaching 48.3% of the ordinance estimate, reaching 40.8% of the Provincial People's Council estimate.

Learning by himself, Mr. Ngo Kim Quyen in Dong Tien ward, Hoa Binh city, Hoa Binh province has successfully cultured cordyceps. The product meets OCOP 3-star standards.
By the end of June 2024, Hoa Binh province has 9 processed seafood products
recognized with OCOP 3 and 4 star standards. Building and developing OCOP
products is one of the important solutions to develop sustainable aquaculture.
Recently, non-cash payment in the province has developed quite strongly, being present in most business, buying and selling and exchange activities. Non-cash transferring activities not only take place in the stores, the service and manufacturing establishments, but they are increasingly popular in many small businesses, something that was rare in the past.
Building OCOP products is part of the measures that Hoa Binh has worked out to improve the values of local fisheries as well as promote sustainable development of the sector.
With a determination to becoming wealthy at his home village, Xa Ngoc Hung, a young Muong ethnic man, who is director of the Da Giang Eco Cooperative in Tien Phong commune, Da Bac district, has succeeded in developing fish cage farming on the Da River, bringing high profit.
