Over the years, to realise the Politburo’s Directive 05-CT-TW, Ky Son district has associated studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, moral example and style with the Party building and purification.

Many good models and examples have been multiplied in the district, such as Nguyen Van Tam, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hop Thanh commune; Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Mong Hoa commune; and Dinh Xuan Thao, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Dan Hoa commune.

Alongside, many communal officials, Party Committee secretaries and Party members have devotedly and enthusiastically performing their tasks, promoting the role of prestigious people in communicating and encouraging people to implement the Party and State’s policies and law. Among them are Nguyen Van Hung, President of the Farmers’ Association of Hop Thnh commune; Nguyen Huy Dung, Secretary of the Party cell of Suoi Nganh hamlet in Mong Hoa commune; and Lo Thi Thu, a Party member in Nha hamlet, Hop Thanh commune.

Nguyen Thi Dung, head of the district’s Board for Communications and Education, said that after three years of implementing Directive 05 among Party Committees, authorities at all levels as well as agencies, departments and locals in the locality, the work has been stable with strong spreading effects.

Obvious progresses have been recorded in operations of Party and government agencies as well as organisations from the district level to lower levels. The role and responsibility of officials, Party members, and especially heads of agencies have been effectively improved.

Meanwhile, the number of role models in different areas has increased, with many key leaders of agencies at all levels, officials and Party members taking the pioneering role in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s example by reforming their working style, getting closer to the locals to better serve them, turning words into actions, and bearing responsibilities for their activities. They have received support from locals, thus improving their management and operation efficiency as well as enhancing the quality of the services of administrative system at all levels and promoting the socio-economic development of the locality./.
