(HBO) – A delegation of leaders of Hoa Binh province’s Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee led by Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, offered incense in tribute to fallen soldiers at Hoa Binh Campaign Martyrs’ Cemetery, on July 27 morning on the occasion of the 76th Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27).

The delegation laid a wreath with the words "Eternal gratitude to the heroes and martyrs" and spent a minute of silence in commemoration of martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. They also offered incense at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs as well as graves of the martyrs, and promised to continue exerting efforts to overcome difficulties and make the homeland and the country wealthier and stronger, worthy of sacrifices of the previous generations./.
