(HBO) - By doing concrete actions in daily life, officials, Party members and people of Xuan Thuy commune (Kim Boi district) are spreading good values from President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, contributing to building a strong and clean Party Committee, and promoting local socio-economic development.
Studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s example, officials and civil servants of Xuan Thuy commune raise their sense of responsibility to serve local people.
One of the highlights in the movement is to uphold the sense of responsibility to people, and focus on directing and promptly and effectively solving existing problems in the locality. The local People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee and mass organisations regularly coordinate to improve the quality of meetings with voters, and dialogues with locals to understand their thoughts and aspirations.
Over the past years, the implementation of Directive No.05, and Conclusion No.01 of the Politburo on studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and lifestyle has received special attention from the Party Committee of Xuan Thuy commune, with focus on directing the improvement of the quality of Party cells' activities, and implementing solutions on socio-economic development. This work, associated with the implementation of patriotic emulation movements, has been duplicated in the fields of Party and political system building, thus bringing into full play the spirit of solidarity and unity.
Secretary of the commune Party Committee Bach Cong Luong said that since the beginning of the term, the locality has completed and exceeded 10 out of the 15 targets of the Resolution of the commune Party Congress. Notably, some targets achieved high results such as an average growth rate of 11% per year, equal to 110% of the target set out by the resolution; the total planting area equivalent to over 116% of the target; the average food per capita approximately 109%. In the coming time, the commune Party Committee will continue to promote disseminations on the study and following of President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle to Party members and people; and focus on implementing the work by doing specific, practical and suitable deeds for the locality in order to gradually help people stabilise life and increase income.

In 2023, the relic site where President Ho Chi Minh visited the Chi Hoa Production Group in Lam Son commune, Luong Son district of Hoa Binh province, was officially recognised as a provincial-level revolutionary historical site. Each year, it draws numerous visitors from across Vietnam and abroad, becoming a "red address" for educating young generations on the nation's revolutionary traditions.
According to the Party Charter, Party members who have been active in the revolution for a long time, and have maintained their Party membership for 30 years and more, will be awarded the Party badge. This is a noble reward, not only a source of pride and excitement for the Party members themselves and their families, but also a source of pride for the Party organisation that has such outstanding members who are shining examples for everyone to learn from and follow.
