On July 5th, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee organized a conference to ask for the opinions from the former provincial leaders to contribute to the 1/10,000 scale urban master planning project of Hoa Binh City by 2045. Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, the alternate member of the Party Central Committee, and the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the conference.

The general urban planning project of Hoa Binh City by 2045 takes the axis of Da River as the central axis of the development; At the same time, it is necessary to develop along both sides of Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh city route. 

At the conference, the former provincial leaders have highly agreed on the urban master planning project of Hoa Binh City and they have given the additional and complete comments to ensure the feasibility and compatibility with other plans. 

The conference has also contributed the opinions on the Martyrs' Temple project in Hoa Binh province. 

Making the conclusion speech, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasizes that the preparation of Hoa Binh City's general urban planning will contribute to realizing the goal of building Hoa Binh City into a civilized, modern, harmonious, and sustainable urban area with the green and advanced architecture, and typical culture of Hoa Binh; Meeting the requirements of management and development of economy, culture, urban space, and landscape architecture. He also acknowledges the comments of the delegates at the conference and requests that Hoa Binh City should absorb and complete the Project according to the regulations.
