Studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle, Bui Liem Thanh, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Chairman of the Youth Federation of Quyet Thang commune, Lac Son district, has determined to always uphold morality, and be dedicated, devoted, and responsible for his work. He is a dynamic and enthusiastic youth leader for union members and young people to study and follow.


 Bui Liem Thanh, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Chairman of the Youth Federation of Quyet Thang commune (far right), supports union members and young people in the commune to popularise local products. 


With enthusiasm and responsibility, Thanh and the commune youth union’s Executive Board, and the commune youth federation have led the union work and the youth movement of the commune to many good results, contributing practically to local socio-economic development and new-style rural areas building. 

Implementing the "I love my Fatherland" movement, a lot of conferences, seminars, and dialogues between youths and leaders of local Party committees and authorities have been organised by the commune youth union to discuss issues of interest to youth regarding politics, ideology, ethics, lifestyle; policies related to them; career issues, employment; and economic development. 

Thanh shared that in order to support communication and dissemination works, he has boldly proposed many solutions on the dissemination work in new forms, with a lot of media publications such as posters, infographics, trailers, and short cartoons, thereby helping diversify the transmission of information, making it easier for young people to access. 

In the youth volunteer movement, Thanh has proactively implemented socialisation activities, and mobilised resources to organise volunteer activities, such as participating in building new-style rural areas, protecting the environment, responding to climate change, and ensuring traffic order and safety and social security. 

With these achievements, Thanh has received numerous awards from the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, the provincial youth union, and the Vietnam Youth Federation.
