HBO – Community-based ecotourism was officially formed in Tu Ne commune in Tan Lac district, Hoa Binh province when the Center for Environment and Community Assets Development (CECAD) under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations carried out a project to restore and preserve Muong culture and a programme to improve the capacity of local poor people in 2008.
(HBO) – The northern province of Hoa Binh is currently home to four natural reserves, 102 protected cultural and historical relic sites, including 41 national and 39 provincial ones, contributing to the province’s tourism development.
