(HBO) - In the exciting atmosphere to welcome the Independence Day of the historic August, in the land of the Lower Da River, from the communes along Highway 6 to Doc Lap Highland commune, from Phu Minh remote commune or the outside Phuc Tien, Yen Quang regions, the local people in Ky Son district are welcoming the National Independence Day of 2nd September in happiness and excitement. All the households in the villages and hamlets are decorated with brightly colored flags.
