(HBO) - The Vietnam Red Cross’s chapter in Hoa Binh city in collaboration with the Hanoi Red Cross’s aid group hosted a programme to hand over Red Cross-funded houses to poor families and those affected by natural disasters; and bicycles to students in Hoa Binh city.
