(HBO) - In Xuan Thuy commune (Kim Boi), the Youth Communist Union of Hoa Binh Province the Youth Communist Union of Kim Boi District and Cai Luong Theater of Vietnam jointly organized the propaganda program of the revolutionary song to welcome the thirteenth National Congress of the Communist Party and to celebrate the 80th anniversary when Uncle Ho's came back to the country to directly lead the Vietnamese revolution (January 28th, 1941 - January 28th, 2021).

(HBO) – The Hoa Binh provincial People’s Committee on December 24 held a conference reviewing the outcomes of a contest for model new rural residential areas and model gardens for the 2018-2020 period, and presenting certificates for products meeting One Commune, One Product (OCOP) standards in 2020.
(HBO) - Over the past years, to carry out Directive 41-CT/TW, issued by the 11th-tenure Party Central Committee’s Secretariat on February 5, 2015, on enhancing the Party’s leadership over the management and organisation of festivals, the culture, sports and tourism sector of Hoa Binh province has worked hard to uphold and bring into play traditional cultural values.
(HBO) - After the arrangement of administrative units, there are 15 communes, 1 town, 159 hamlets, residential areas with a population of over 96,000 people in Tan Lac district. Implementing the movement to build a cultural life, the People's Committees of the district, the communes and town have issued many documents directing, guiding, and implementing in the direction of linking the implementation of the conventions and regulations of residential areas and the democracy with patriotic emulation movements at the grassroots levels.
(HBO) - There are 6 main ethnic groups living together in the province. Muong ethnic group is the largest, accounting for 63%; Kinh people account for 27.7%; Thai, Dao, Tay, Mong and other ethnic groups account for 9.3%. The ethnic groups have not only the common cultural characteristics and beliefs, but also the unique and diverse traditional culture and beliefs of each ethnic group. The majority of ethnic groups still retain the basic features in their national customs and beliefs. The heritage values of literature and art, language and hand writing are preserved; the folk knowledge and costumes are kept at an average level.
(HBO) - The authorities of Hoa Binh province have paid special attention to preserving and promoting cultural and heritage values of local relic sites.
(HBO) - Having the opportunity to visit the community tourism site in Sung village, Cao Son commune (Da Bac), Mr. Farley, a visitor from England, was really impressed with the beautiful and wild natural scenery, the customs and the habits in the daily life of Dao ethnic minority here.
(HBO) - Boi Ca is among the most populous residential areas in Kim Boi district’s Nam Thuong commune. It has eight residential clusters of 362 households grouping 1,607 people. Both Muong and Kinh people live here, with the former accounting for 92 percent of the total local population.
(HBO) - Lac Son district, comprising 24 communal-level localities, is home to 34,536 households, 90 percent of which belong to the Muong ethnic minority. As many as 230 of the 270 cultural centres in local hamlets and 10 others at the communal level have met criteria set by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. All the communal-level localities have had land zoned for developing sports centres while 56 sports clubs have also been established in Lac Son.
(HBO) - The cultural and performance activities have not only been exciting in typical residential areas such as Bai, Men Boi, but they have also been spreading widely in other villages, from Tro, Go Che, Muon, Mo to Lo, Lap, Chieng . Nine out of the nine hamlets have all established and maintained the activities of entertaining teams with about 12 to 15 members for each team.
(HBO) - In November 25th, Quyet Thang High School (Lac Son district) held a launching ceremony of the club preserving and promoting the cultural identity of the Muong ethnic group.
(HBO) - On November 24, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to hold a summary of the contest to propagate and learn knowledge of building a new countryside in Hoa Binh province in 2020.

Thereby, the encouraging results have been achieved, creating a positive impact on improving the socio-economic life, contributing to the of change the face of rural and urban areas in the province.
(HBO) - In recent years, the investment in building and completing the cultural institutions in Lac Thuy district has always been paid attention to and directed by the Party Committee and the authorities. Up to now, the percentage of the villages, the hamlets and the residential areas having cultural houses has reached 97.8%. However, the number of the cultural houses meeting the prescribed standards is only nearly 50%, the rest have deteriorated, damaged, broken or lacked synchronization.
