(HBO) - For a long time, Cao Phong orange has been known as a specialty of Hoa Binh province thanks to its superior quality compared to many similar products in the market. In particular, this kind of orange is one of the five agricultural products of the province that are included in Vietnam’s Top Gift Specialties and Products in the 2021 – 2022 period by the Vietnam Record Organisation.

(HBO) – Despite difficulties in terms of market and capital investment, Dinh Van Khanh and Xa Van Mong and tens of other households in Hien Luong commune, Da Bac district, have maintained their fish farming cages on Da River over the past decade.

(HBO) – Hoa Binh province collected about 3.54 trillion VND (150.5 million USD) for the State budget in the first eight months of 2022, according to the provincial People’s Committee.

(HBO) - Currently there are 40 agricultural cooperatives in Lac Thuy district, accounting for 83.3% of the total number of cooperatives. In recent years, the agricultural cooperatives in the district have affirmed their role in promoting the local economic development. (HBO) - According to the report of the provincial branch of Bank for Social Policies (VBSP), implementing the credit program on the socio-economic recovery and development according to Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP, dated on January 30, 2022 of the Government, the whole branch has lent 3,161 loans with an amount of nearly 177.5 billion VND, completing 70% of the plan by the end of July 31, 2022,.

(HBO) - On August 11, in Xuan Thuy commune of Kim Boi district, Hoa Binh province’s Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in collaboration with Kim Boi district People's Committee and FUSA Organic Agriculture joint Stock Company, held a ceremony to send the first shipment of Son Thuy longan to the EU market. Bui Van Khanh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, attended the event.
