(HBO) – The provincial business association has met recently to review its operation in the first half and set out tasks for the remaining months of this year.
(HBO) - According to statistics, in the first 6 months of the year, the total revenue of the state budget in Mai Chau district is estimated at 29,304 billion VND, reaching 44.11% of the estimate, increasing 70.34% compared to that of the same period in 2021. The total estimated expenditure of the district is 213,065 billion VND, reaching 44.77% of the estimate, increasing 13.6% compared to taht of the same period in 2021. The total budget expenditure of the commune level is estimated at 50.612 billion VND, reaching 56.02% of the estimate, increasing 4 0.04% compared to that of the same period in 2021.
(HBO) - The People’s Committee of Hoa Binh province has recently hosted a conference to discuss measures to improve the provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) in 2022.
(HBO) – The Hoa Binh branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) said its total outstanding concessional loans for low-income households in the province had reached 856.5 billion VND (36.6 million USD), with more than 20,600 borrowers in debt, by the end of June. This is the programme with the biggest outstanding loans among the preferential credit programmes the branch is implementing.

(HBO) - According to the report of the People's Committee of Lac Thuy district, in the first 6 months of the year, the value of the industrial and handicraft production in the district was estimated at 780.74 billion VND, reaching 49.95% of the plan. Some key products with advantages have brought high economic value. They include 112.98 thousand m3 of exploiting stone of all kinds, reaching 49.97% of the plan; 46.5 million of baked bricks, reaching 49.8% of the plan; 13.14 million of the concrete bricks, reaching 49.6% of the plan.

(HBO) – Hoa Binh province boasts considerably potential for developing fisheries as it is home to over 14,460ha of pond, lake, irrigation work, and hydropower reservoir surface, along with some river and big streams that can be used for cage fish farming or fishing. Notably, the Hoa Binh hydropower reservoir is considered a precious treasure of fishery resources in the northwestern region.

(HBO) – In the 2021 District and Department Competitiveness Index rankings, Yen Thuy district took the lead among the district-level localities in Hoa Binh province, with 89 out of the 100 points. This result reflected efforts by local Party committees and administrations to promote the implementation of measures for improving the business climate and building an administration that always accompanies and assists businesses and people.
Total revenue from forests of organisations and households in Hoa Binh was estimated to top 83 billion VND (3.57 million USD) in the first five months of 2022.
(HBO) – Hoa Binh province ranked 62nd in the provincial competitiveness index (PCI) 2021, dropping18 places from the previous year, with its land access index reaching 5.93 points, down 0.35 point. According to the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the province ranked 62nd in the land access index, down 16 places as compared with 2020.
(HBO) - Since the beginning of the year 12 new cooperatives have been established in the whole province, of which Cao Phong and Tan Lac districts have established 2 cooperatives each; Yen Thuy and Kim Boi have established 2 cooperatives each; Lac Thuy, Mai Chau have established 1 cooperative each.
